The LA Face Academy was started in 2019 with the ethos that one-on-one training is the safest and most effective method to offer beginner and advanced-level injectables training. This is still the ethos 5 years on.
Lucy has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years starting her career as a Maxillo-Facial Head & Neck Nurse.
She’s been an Aesthetic Injector and Trainer for over 17 years, becoming an Independent Nurse Prescriber in 2016. She gained the ‘Award in Education & Training’ (AET) in 2018 and a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine with Distinction, from the Queen Mary University of London in 2020. She guest lectured on Aesthetics for 5 years at the University of East Anglia (NMC V300 course) until 2021.
Lucy is currently a UK Key Opinion Leader with ReLife Menarini Group, delivering injectable and skin peeling training.

Lucy was recently nominated as a Finalist in the National CPD Awards 2023 for ‘CPD Trainer of the Year’.
In 2022, she was nominated as a Finalist in the National Aesthetic Awards for ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year’ and LA Face Consultants won ‘Most Outstanding Aesthetic Clinic Suffolk.
She appears in the Aesthetics Awards Hall of Fame and The Tweakments Guide.
